The Union-type seismic pressure gauge is mainly suitable for measuring pulsating pressure, such as fracturing and cementing equipment in oil production, and can also be used to measure static pressure.
The damping mechanism inside the instrument has a good damping effect on the pressure pulsation within the entire measuring range, and no adjustment is required during use.
Therefore, the instrument not only indicates smoothly and clearly when measuring violent pulsating pressure, but also can withstand instantaneous pressure shocks (such as sudden pressure relief). The instrument has good seismic resistance, and the filling fluid inside the instrument head enables it to work normally in a strong vibration environment, avoiding excessive swing of the pointer due to vibration.
The instrument has the characteristics of anti-"blocking", and the measured medium does not enter the inside of the instrument, so it can be used in high viscosity, high particle size, easy to solidify and other media environments, such as mud, cement, etc. The instrument has reliable sealing and anti-corrosion measures and can work in harsh environments. 1. Pointer zeroing:
① The pointer returns to zero quickly. According to the existing test data, it can return to zero quickly within 5-10 seconds after the low-pressure section is completely depressurized.
② Higher test pressure (above 40Mpa) will cause the pointer to return to zero slightly slower, generally within 0.5Mpa, and it can basically return to zero after waiting for about 5 minutes.
2. Pointer reading: accurate reading, accuracy up to 1%, pointer swing amplitude does not exceed 2Mpa
3. Vibration resistance: excellent vibration resistance, built-in damping system, can withstand continuous large vibration.
4. Pressure gauge accuracy: the built-in spring tube uses aviation materials and can withstand at least 20,000 swings without deformation.
5. Pointer stability: more violent vibration (frequency 30HZ) and input high pressure (above 40Mpa) will cause the instrument pointer to shake more. Generally, the amplitude within 2Mpa observed by the naked eye can be considered normal
